1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of jumbug.ng and any purchase you make from JUMBUG. By placing an order you agree to them. Questions? info@jumbug.ng.
2. Our products
Every JUMBUG piece is hand-dyed. Small variations in pattern and tone are part of the craft — no two pieces are identical, and that is the point. Product photographs are a faithful guide, not a pixel-perfect guarantee.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and confirmed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Paystack. Your total — items plus delivery — is verified by our server before payment; we never charge an amount different from the one shown at checkout.
4. Orders and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery fees depend on your state and are shown at checkout. See our shipping & returns page for details.
5. Returns
Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Because each piece is one of one, exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us first so we can arrange the return.
6. Availability
Small-batch production means pieces can sell out. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you immediately and offer an alternative or a full refund.
7. Intellectual property
All designs, photographs and text on this site belong to JUMBUG. Please do not reproduce them without written permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
